Winter is still here and nothing beats a 4 wheel drive vehicle for getting through the snow! Suburban's are legendary for their ruggedness, reliability and for being able to fit 8 adults into some very comfortable surroundings. Not to mention the towing capacity for a trailer or boat if you have one. (or looking to get one) Selling our 1999 Suburban because we just don't have enough room in the driveway! My wife and I have a car and truck, my oldest daughter has her car, my youngest daughter just bought a car, and in a few short months my son is coming home from college - with his car! One car in the garage and 5 in the driveway is just too many! So sadly, it is time for the Suburban to go and make some room in the driveway. This Suburban has just about all the bells and whistles you could get on a Suburban when it was new. The heated seats get warm really quick - especially nice on these cold mornings! Overall it is in very nice condition; inside, out and mechanically. On the fly 4-wheel drive and no issues with the 4-wheel drive. There are some expected rock chips. weathering and wear marks on the seat and carpets, but all the buttons work. There is a softball sized dent in rear by the tail light - where I got to close to a mailbox, but other than that there are only minor dings. The mileage listed is approximate since it is still being used occasionally. There aren't any funny smells and as hasn't been smoked in. No puddles or leaks under the Suburban either. There are times when it will sit in the same place for 2 weeks and you don't see a mystery drop under the truck. Clear title in hand and ready to transfer. I would drive this Suburban anywhere on a moments notice and doesn't need a thing as far as I know. The tires are good for a while, but will probably want to get a new set in the spring or summer.
