Very rare Vintage Mercedes 3.5 coupe. I bought this example last year to add to My Mercedes Collection. I have always wanted to own a 3.5. If you are reading this listing you are no doubt familiar with the amazing low production 3.5 Mercedes top production coupe fitted with the monster V8. It made it the top selling coupe in the world when it came out. Regretfully, I am now needing to sell some cars. I spent years looking for a fine example of this very rare model in one of the most desirable color combos of blue with midnight blue interior. The Last owner kept this car in great shape for many years and obviously kept it garaged the entire time he owned it as have I. To find such a nice original car is rare. Condition: The paint is older, but nice and was obviously a high end repaint. All the chrome as was the windows were removed before painting. It still has a good deep gloss shine. Interior is very nice. The leather is excellent with no rips or tears. It has been recently redone in the correct leather and pattern and looks great. The wood has been refinished and still in good shape, with a deep gloss shine. Mechanically, It runs and drives well, It has good oil pressure, does not overheat, blow smoke etc. It had been stored for years before I purchased it. It has new wiring harness, tune up parts, plugs. If you are like me and have been looking for one of these cars that isn't $50,000+ but could be worth that without extensive work, this car is really a good deal and rare find.
