Up for sale is a 2004 Volkswagen Touareg. This listing is for any mechanically inclined people that want a good vehicle but have the resources of installing a new transmission. The transmission for this Touareg has just gone bad this week and it is not drive-able. I repeat the transmission is bad on this Touareg and it does not drive. The motor and absolutely everything else in the vehicle are in excellent working condition. It is an easy fix for the right buyer. I just bought a new SUV and I don't have the time to get it fixed and then sell it afterwards. There is not a scratch on the car and when cleaned it looks brand new. The interior is in excellent shape for being eight years old also. There are currently 106,500 highway miles on this vehicle and with a new transmission it will be once again an excellent running Touareg. I just had this vehicle serviced by both a Volkswagen dealership and Aamco transmission. Aamco informed me that the transmission should be replaced but I clearly didn't have it completed in time. This vehicle has brand new tires and the motor was just completely serviced by a Volkswagen dealership.
