Up for auction is a nice 1978 GMC Siera Clasic Heavy Half short box Pickup. This little truck has power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, cruse control, air, and dull thanks. The paint is original and the body is good except for one spot on the right rear fender at the bottom of the box. It has a rusty spot there. (easy fix) The in side of the box, on the floor had some bubbling from moisture under the plastic beadliner so the beadliner was taken out and beadliner coating was applied, about 4 inches up. The rest of the body has no rust, and no signs of rust ever. The previews owner had the truck pin striped but most of the stripping has been waxed off. The interior is nice with new carpeting, reupholstered seat, nice dash pad with no cracks, but the headliner need redone, and the drivers door armrest is bad. This little Heave Half is running a Goodwrench 350 relacement engine. It starts easy and runs great. The airconditioning blows cool not cold so will need a charge. The brakes have just been done with new power buster, new master cilinder, new rotors and bearings up front. The cruise control works and the truck drives nice. Tires are very good and it has the GMC 15" hubcaps that were ordered with it. This little truck has spent most of its life in Nevada so is a dry aria truck.
