I'm selling my ONE OWNER, nearly flawless 2006 Tahoe LS. It's a 2wd with the 4.8 V-8, tow package, rear A/C and full power accessories. The seating is 2 row, there is no third row seat. The miles are just over 62000 and the exterior is literally in perfect condition; there are no scratches, dings, dents or bug stains on the hood. The paint shines just as it did when new and there has been NO paintwork done or any accidents, ever. The CarFax is perfect and I have a clear title in hand. I just replaced the original tires with brand new tires that have a 50K mile warranty. The alignment is perfect, the brakes are fine. The Tahoe drives perfectly. The interior is clean and we are non smokers. This is a no excuses car, that needs nothing. I am selling because we no longer need a large SUV. Kelly Blue Book lists the "private party value" on this Tahoe at $14000+ for "excellent condition" and $11900 for "fair condition" THIS TAHOE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I am listing my Tahoe at $10500 in order to avoid negotiations and to be exceedingly fair. Please compare my price to other Tahoes of the same year and mileage and you'll surely agree.
