Up for auction is a classic 1960 Ford F350 flatbed truck. It is the last year of this body style and has its original 223 inline 6-cylinder engine and a 4-speed manual transmission with a granny first. The wheels/tires are 17.5" and there are two spares included. This truck comes with a battery and fuel in the tank and it starts, runs and drives. All the tires hold air and the the truck could probably be driven anywhere. This truck spent most of its life on a farm and had been sitting unused for many years until I purchased it a couple of years ago for miscellaneous tasks. I have driven it all over Kalamazoo county and it has been absolutely reliable. It drips a little motor oil when parked and the brake fluid requires topping off occasionally. Overall the vehicle drives well and certainly gets a lot of attention. The truck appears to have been painted/restored at some point. There is some rust behind the front bumper, on the grill/headlamp assembly and under the hood. Sheet metal repair has been made on the driver and passenger floors and there appears to be body filler here and there. The driver and passenger steps do feel solid are coated with truck-bed liner compound. The windshield is in very good condition and the vacuum wipers work but require new blades.
