Inline 6 Cylinder Engine, Power front disc brakes, Fuel Injection. 140 mph Speedo with 7k rpm, fuel temp oil gauge. This 220SE Coupe under went an older restoration where Engine, Body & Interior were all taken an excellent running driving automobile. Automobile is complete with loads of records and service history dating all the way back to 1978. Along with prior ownership registrations. *The Interior Upolstry leather seems to be remaining in excellent condition remarkably well kept. Along with the excellent condition interior matching rugs. Underneath the black floor mats the beige matching rugs are beautifully kept. The Headliner appears to be in fine shape and in no need of any attention what so ever. The front windshield does have a single crack in bottom center, But other than that all the glass looks to be well. *Lets talk about wood trim for a moment. The Wood decor trim is in excellent condition on both sides of the window glass, Good condition on the dash panel. The Veneer Wood decor on the top of the dash board just below the full length of the front windshield was redone previously but has since been found to have some the edge chipped off. Also the Veneer Wood decor surrounding the gauge clusters was previously redone to perfection but has since displayed signs of splitting from heat of the sun. *All the lights appear to be working and the Steering wheel appears to be in very good original condition finished in an ivory that is a wonderful contrast against the dark black leather upolstry but lending a suttle match to the white exterior paint. The Polished to perfection Wooden hand shifter is smooth to the touch and fits perfectly into your hand. The rear trunk space appears to be very solid, Trunk lid opens and closes properly and is complete with Jack & Spare. *The Engine compartment is presentable and is clean, The Air Conditioning Unit is presently not operating as it will need a condensor and some additional ac lines installed but all else looks well. Concerning Chrome the pictures basically tell the story some of the chrome is tarnished and some is in good shape. On the rear bumper passenger side there is some indentations that I wanted to make mention. The exterior paint is older but holding up in my opinion where it shines and would wax up nicely. There is one dimple in the hood and there is one rear quarter panel on the passenger side that has had some newer paint blended in. The are some touch ups in some areas but most of it looks well and presentable overall. *The under carriage appears to have had some previous work performed to the rear floor pan from what I see. The Wheels are earlier vintage alloy Mercedes Benz they are in very nice shape mounted upon them are a set of four Firestone black wall P195/75R14 tires. Finally she runs well and drives down the highway very nicely, The transmission shifts smoothly mated to the 6 cylinder engine that runs along with great agility, Must admit when cold it tends to smoke a tad but appears to clear up when fully warm. Once so warmed up I tell you it runs like the dickens over any road and mile stone there is better than some newer models! Along with the Steering & Braking the vehicle operates properly. 1963 Mercedes Benz 220SE 4 speed manual HollyWood Florida coupe. Inline 6 Cylinder Engine, Power front disc brakes, Fuel Injection. 140 mph Speedo with 7k rpm, fuel temp oil gauge. This 220SE Coupe under went an older restoration where Engine, Body & Interior were all taken an excellent running driving automobile. Automobile is complete with loads of records and service history dating all the way back to 1978. Along with prior ownership registrations.
*The Interior Upolstry leather seems to be remaining in excellent condition remarkably well kept. Along with the excellent condition interior matching rugs. Underneath the black floor mats the beige matching rugs are beautifully kept. The Headliner appears to be in fine shape and in no need of any attention what so ever. The front windshield does have a single crack in bottom center, But other than that all the glass looks to be well.
*Lets talk about wood trim for a moment. The Wood decor trim is in excellent condition on both sides of the window glass, Good condition on the dash panel. The Veneer Wood decor on the top of the dash board just below the full length of the front windshield was redone previously but has since been found to have some the edge chipped off. Also the Veneer Wood decor surrounding the gauge clusters was previously redone to perfection but has since displayed signs of splitting from heat of the sun.
*All the lights appear to be working and the Steering wheel appears to be in very good original condition finished in an ivory that is a wonderful contrast against the dark black leather upolstry but lending a suttle match to the white exterior paint. The Polished to perfection Wooden hand shifter is smooth to the touch and fits perfectly into your hand. The rear trunk space appears to be very solid, Trunk lid opens and closes properly and is complete with Jack & Spare.
*The Engine compartment is presentable and is clean, The Air Conditioning Unit is presently not operating as it will need a condensor and some additional ac lines installed but all else looks well. Concerning Chrome the pictures basically tell the story some of the chrome is tarnished and some is in good shape. On the rear bumper passenger side there is some indentations that I wanted to make mention. The exterior paint is older but holding up in my opinion where it shines and would wax up nicely. There is one dimple in the hood and there is one rear quarter panel on the passenger side that has had some newer paint blended in. The are some touch ups in some areas but most of it looks well and presentable overall.
*The under carriage appears to have had some previous work performed to the rear floor pan from what I see. The Wheels are earlier vintage alloy Mercedes Benz they are in very nice shape mounted upon them are a set of four Firestone black wall P195/75R14 tires. Finally she runs well and drives down the highway very nicely, The transmission shifts smoothly mated to the 6 cylinder engine that runs along with great agility, Must admit when cold it tends to smoke a tad but appears to clear up when fully warm. Once so warmed up I tell you it runs like the dickens over any road and mile stone there is better than some newer models! Along with the Steering & Braking the vehicle operates properly.
