Selling my Paseo convertible at no reserves. This is a 1997 toyota paseo convertible, this cars are very rare, this one is going cheap cause it needs a little tlc. Car is 100% original except for the clutch that was changed last year. The car needs: new power steering pressure hoes(its leaking big time), new engine mounts, new convertible top, the convertible frame needs repair(but still can open and close it), needs a radio(I had my alpine in there and I am keeping it, the factory harness are intact perfect), needs tires, needs a really good cleaning, and wax. Mechanically the car runs great with lots of power, great ice cold a/c, In the morning when its cold it blows a little bit of white smoke for like a minute and then its good for the rest of the day with no smoke at all.(199K miles will do that) Mechanic told me the last time they changed the oil they put a little to much oil in it, and thats why it smokes. Check engine light is on, probably an oxygen sensor with that mileage. Exterior wise its okay, could use a buff, I was hit from behind, and the trunk lid has a dent, and the bumper needs a little alining. The front bumper has a hole(see the pictures), besides that there are nick, and scratches through out nothing crazy. The interior is okay to, could use a shampoo job, the a/c vents are lose and one is missing a fin. All the electrics work great pw, pl. I don't drive it in the rain cause it needs a new top, and it does leak. So there you have it, still a very cool car, and unique.
