For sale is my 2003 Mercedes Benz E500 sedan. It currently has 93,900 miles on it. The car has been meticulously maintained and in my opinion is one of the better E500s on the market due to the maintenance history that comes with it. You will find other similarly priced cars on the internet but you will have zero idea whether it has been kept up with or you are purchasing a money pit. This car has a brand new front suspension and no malfunction messages. I'm selling because I purchased a new car and do not have a need for a second car. The car has the Cold Weather Package featuring heated seats and steering wheel - great for Ohio - and was around $60,000 when new. The front suspension tends to wear out and require a complete overhaul around 75k miles. Also, the air suspension can require expensive maintenance. The front suspension of this car has been completely rebuilt with new parts as you can see below so you have no worries for many miles. Also, the air suspension has been appropriately serviced with fresh components. There are absolutely no malfunction messages to speak of with this car. If you look up the cost of this work and compare the price of this car to the others listed that have not had these items replaced, you'll see the deal this is. The following has been recently replaced: AIRMatic Air Compressor from Arnott AIRMatic Front Shock from Arnott - Lifetime Warranty Upper Control Arms w/Ball Joints Lower Control Arms w/Ball Joints Front Tie Rods Lower Thrust Arms w/Ball Joints Front Wheel Bearing & Hub Windshield Washer Tank Gaskets Brake Light Switch Air Filters Cabin Filter Front End Alignment Front Door Lock Unit Interior Trim Pieces Replaced w/New OEM units (The clamshell tabs on the center console that have usually fallen off these cars) There are absolutely no lights or warning messages on the car and it's never left me stranded. The tires are in good/average shape with ~10k miles on them and it's gotten me 25 MPG on trips back and forth to Chicago. There is no rust on the car and only a few very minor dings or chips on it from normal use. I will include some extra air and oil filters that I have. I'm looking for a copy of the Carfax from when I bought the car but I believe I am the 4th owner of the car. Not 8th as the listing says. There were a few dealer transfers and I believe those are being counted. The car was in Illinois, Florida, and Ohio.
