This buggy is mostly original, it's based on a 62 bug pan, it was titled as a 69 beach buggy. The motor is a 1200cc single port motor, it is 12 volt, Empi / tri mil exhaust. 009 dist, runs good. 4 speed swing axle trans works great and shifts smooth. New brake lines and wheel cylinders, master cylinder. We had the buggy rewired front to back. Has 56 vw bug tail lights, the body is in great shape, extra thick glass body, original gel coat faded no cracking in body. Windshield is nice with no chips. Tires are weather checked. Pan has some rust behind passenger side seat. Have new metal pan replacement panel. This was a barn find buggy, it had been sitting from 1987 to 2012 before getting it running. This would be a solid resto candidate. Clean Oregon title.
