1947 Ford Pickup Truck This is a fantastic little truck. It's original looks and modern drive train make it the ultimate multi-use vehicle. The 47's were the last of the true vintage looking pickups. The split windshield and short cab make them classics. This is a very well cared for older restoration that survived the test of time. It's still in awesome shape and drives like a new truck. Here are the details : 1. Completely rebuilt. 289 Ford motor. 2. Ford automatic transmission. 3. Mustang II front end with power rack and pinion steering and disc brakes. 4. Ford "9" rear end with tall gear ratio for freeway driving. 5. Chrome steering column with tilt. 6. White VDO gauges. 7. Pop-out radio with remote. 8. Complete light grey fabric upholstery. 9. Great heater. 10. New glass all around. 11. Everything works. Except windshield wipers. 12. Nice base coat - clear coat paint (a few small chips). 13. California truck with rust free body and bed. 14. Beautiful oak bed with heavy rubber mat for protection. 15. Like new Coker wide whitewall radial tires. 16. New Ford hubcaps and ribbed beauty rings. 17. Chrome is still like new. 18. Doors open and close with no sag. 19. Nice sounding Dual exhaust. What a fun truck.
