Happy Holidays and Thanks for Looking! This is a vehicle that has been owned by friends of the family for some time, I flew in to Burlington Wisconsin and bought the car in January of 2012, I drove it back to California. Since January we have put roughly 7,000 miles on the car and I have to say it ran beautifully. I have replaced the Water Pump, Alternator, Tune-Up, Tires, Shocks etc. This car was designed by Pontiac to be a lower priced alternative to the Fire-bird and if you have ever seen this Sunbird with the Formula trim package it can be one nice looking car. The Body Condition, it does have some rust scaling on the underside of the car and some rust behind each wheel on the very lower parts of the fenders and quarter panels. I believe 2 panels have been repainted but most of the car is original paint. The interior is very clean, Original Carpet and GM Rubber Floor Mats, fold down back seat and original carpeted Spare tire cover under the hatch, it is equipped with the original GM Delco AM Radio, all interior is original. About a month ago the timing chain skipped a couple of gears, I had my mechanic tear it down but never had it repaired for I am now out of town quite often and am unable to over see the repair, my goal was to restore to it's original state. The car would be a perfect project car for restoration because of it's originality and it's unique and rare availability.
