The current Jeep Wrangler dates back to its introduction in 1997 and are larger and more refined than the previous generation. Key changes included a stiffer structure and more insulation for a quieter ride; a more powerful engine; more modern transmissions. SHIPPING We work with several shipping companies and are quite pleased to assist you in getting quotes and arranging pickup of the vehicle. When the shipper picks the vehicle up at our facility, we will review the condition of the vehicle with the driver and will sign a Bill of Lading describing any deficiencies or cosmetic blemishes noted during our walkaround. Many shippers try to protect their liability by marking the Bill of Lading as though the car has hundreds of imperfections. We will not allow this to happen. We encourage you to examine the vehicle closely upon its arrival and to take up any concerns about damage or cosmetic imperfections at the time of arrival BEFORE SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING. Once you sign the Bill of Lading, the shipper is realeased from liability and you are on your own. We try our best to procure books and extra keys from the previous owners. That said, we do not always have all keys, books, floormats, or other accessories for every car. Therefore, we can only guarantee you will receive the accessories that are photographed. For instance, if we show a navigation display with a map, there is a navigation disc with the car. If we show books and keys in the photos, you can count on getting those with the car. If you do not see it, please assume the item is not included or email to confirm. Occasionally, the previous owner will send us these materials after we have photographed the car. In these instances, we will make sure to forwrd them to you as the new owner. Balance of Factory Warranty We estimate factory warranty expiration dates using vehicle production dates and Carfax information. We are not responsible for factory warranty expiration dates, remaining warranty time, type, validity, or other information. If you want to be certain of the exact warranty expiration date, terms, validity, etc., please verify this information with a certified franchise dealer of the applicable car make. In the course of business, we try to match our risk with areas where we have control over our service level. We hope you understand this. Transfer of Title and Risk We insure the vehicles on our lot during the time we have them available for sale. Upon completion of the financial elements of the transaction (you paying us), we encourage you to insure the vehicle from that date forward. We bear NO RESPONSIBILITY for anything that happens to your vehicle once it is out of our control. Vehicles left at our facility for more than 3 days after payment will not be covered by our insurance unless previous arrangements have been made in writing prior to payment. Inspection Every one of our cars goes through a visual and basic safety inspection. During this inspection, we look for previous repairs, both mechanically and cosmetically. We offer every car which passes our inspection with an available extended maintenance contract (warranty) at additional cost. This Contract enables you to have the vehicle serviced at your choice of repair facilities, including franchise dealerships. We are a qualifying dealer able to offer this warranty because of our inspection process and track record for selling quality vehicles. Cars which we cannot certify will not be sold unless specifically disclosed as such in our advertising. We are not responsible for other state inspections. We also strongly encourage buyers to make an inspection of the vehicle prior to completing their transaction. This can be done in person, through an independent repair facility or local body shop within 10 miles of 19380. We will coordinate the transportation to and from such a facility cheerfully to help you gain comfort on the condition of the vehicle. This tag is available at a cost to you of $55 and we will need an insurance card and driver's license to issue this tag. The last optional service is a Vehicle Prep Package. For $185 we will make sure the vehicle is detailed professionally and has a full tank of premium fuel when you pick it up. This may sound odd to you, but we often ship cars, in which case they are sent with very little fuel at the request of the shipping company. Condition Report We strive to disclose each and every blemish on a vehicle when we create our listings. The stated overall condition of the vehicle, whether it may be termed showroom, clean, mint, or otherwise, is determined upon the model year & mileage of the car in comparison to other cars of similar age & miles. This is a pre-owned car, and buyers must be aware that ordinary wear is associated with all pre-owned cars. We do our best to photograph any imperfections which we feel may be noticeable or offensive to a prospective buyer. Keep in mind that not all imperfections can appear on a digital photo. Most cars may have touch-ups, door dings, scratches, scuffs, seat or interior wear but we do our best to ensure that none of these issues takes away from the overall appearance of the car. If a car has 10 scratches, we will reference those 10 scratches verbally and show a photograph of the one we perceive to be the most offensive.
