Vehicle Detail
We at Otto's Garage and Customs are a full restoration shop with projects from every stage to full completion. Inspections are welcome and some cars end early as they are also offered publicly. I urge you to make a offer and let us know if you have ANY questions as we try our best to describe these cars as we see them for possible restoration projects. We DONT carry any rusted out cars that need to be scrapped, just great finds that need new homes!!! This car is kinda of strange as it was my first car back in 1993 and I found it many years later on ebay. Ibought the car from Jacky Jones in Cleveland Ga and I kept it for a while but life got in the way and I sold it. When I got it back, I was suprised to find most of my original mods were all still on the car. The power top works great and all the windows work as they should with the exception of the one back passenger triangle window. The interior is white and could use some refreshing but the seat are in good shape for a 1989. The car was a converted canadian cobra which was how they were marketed in Canada. The car was bought by a collector who had dual citizenship and traded in to jacky's three years later. The speedo is not in kilometers and wasnt when I bought it, so either it was ordered that way which you still can do or had one retrofitted in when registered here. Not sure but it was like that in 1993. Car has x pipes installed and no mufflers and sounds great. Over and underdrive pulleys and saleen sway bars. Manual tranny was just rebuild with new clutch pressure plate ect. I have a new clutch cable I need to install but will do that in a couple of days. Car still carries all the original cobra emblems and the paint is ok, I really wanted to keep it but my antiques have to take presidence over this. Car has positraction rearend and 3:73 gears. Just a great car. Few dings and scratches but car is overall really nice. I hate to see her go but it needs to go to a collector NOT A TEENAGER!!!! If you are buying this for one or to gut, then find somebody else. I dont have to sell and wont if I get any indication it is going that direction. I love this car but with 47 cars this one kills me to see it sit. Dont hesitate to ask questions, and understand this is a very quick very strong stang. A lot of love has went into it and it deserves someone to continue it.
