Bidding on a used 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4X4. Right front headlight cracked, key scratches down drivers side, two small dents rear deck lid. The tires are at 90% the vehicle is in great shape except the engine needs replacing. It knocks, it was running now it will stay running for about 30 minutes and dies. A couple days later it will start again and so on. title in hand. would be a great truck if someone has time and money to do a engine swap. I do except paypal. Just let me know.On Dec-15-12 at 06:55:14 PST, seller added the following information: I'm getting a lot of messages from people and its getting a little annoying when all the answers are in the description. THE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, THE TRANSMISSION IS FINE. I did get a code reading on the vehicle and two codes came up. 1. there is an issue with the MAF. 2. There is an issue with the ignition. Thats probable why it wont stay running. But if those issues were fixed it would probably stay running, with that said THE ENGINE STILL NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!
