For Sale... 1968 Firebord Convertible.. I purchased this car in 2007 off of ebay I put in garage expecting to restore but have had other projects come first. The car is painted red but original color is Vendero Green.. I have not touched the car since I purchased it so the description is from the ebay user I bought it from. This is a project car in need of lots of TLC !! original 350 car It now has a pontiac 400 and 400 turbo transmission from a 1975 catalina. The motor was rebuilt by the guy I purchased from. He said the following, installed Edelbrock cam,with main and rod bearings changed,piston rings and block were fine nothing touched there. new oil pump, timing chain,water pump installed. the engine has not been started since rebuild.. the trans was professionally rebuilt by local trans shop.. The top has been in the up position for duration of ownership. It is power top but untested.. Frame sub connectors were added at some time.. I reserve the right to end auction at anytime since car is for sale locally.
