VW 1966 Single Cab ~ 1600 cc ( 1970/1971 motor ) Runs + Drives + Stops ! This vehicle does have rust ~ But it is not a basket case. ( see photos ) The floor by the driver side is in need of repair right away ( see photo ) and one rib under the cab is rusted ( see photo ) The body on the other hand is in decent shape ( very little filler { The filler is where it was dinged on the doors = look close to side photos } the parts that were repaired were done using sheet metal / but were not sanded smooth ) other than that looks to be solid and easy for someone to restore. Around the windows look very good ( one place that always goes ) as do the doors , sides , etc. ~~~~ The clear Florida title has the vehicle exempt on miles yet the speedo has 24315 on it ( may have more on it when you get it : due to me driving it )The fuel tank has been cleaned and coated with new sending unit ( gauge on dash does not working )Everything else looks to be in fine shape for its age / Got her running and stopping ! Now time to sell to the right person whom is looking to restore.
