Vehicle Detail
1969 Chevrolet Camaro YENKO clone Im selling my 69 camaro please read and look at pictures before asking questions. This is a serious auction do not bid if you do not intend to pay.. and bid to win. If this is a problem please view car in person before auction ends as i am not intending to mislead anyone and i want the new owner of my camaro to be happy. Thanks 454BB, 4 speed, 12 bolt black on black The Body of this camaro is in excellent shape, its base coat/clear coat black and the stripes are reproduction decals as per original yenko specs including the decal having a overlapping seam right in front of the yenko lettering on the quarter panels. The gaps on the body are respectable but by no means am i trying to claim it to be a show car body and paint but its definately a high end driver and pretty straight.. as it has a few imperfections but no dents or rust at all.Black paint doesnt lie as we all know. All the emblems are new, as is the weather strip on the doors, trunk, roofrails. The rear bumper is new, new door handles, new rocker chrome and wheellip mouldings, new chrome quarter louvers, and new silver front grille. All the doors open and shut good and both front and rear windows go up and down nicely. All lights work properly including interior light and dash lights. Speedometer does not work neither do the reverse lights. The motor runs great, i do not know the specs but i do know its a 454 big block with a street cam holley carb, blow proof bellhousing and a muncie 4 speed transmission. The car does have the big block heater core on firewall, and the 12 bolt rear with 3:73 posi.New gas tank and fuel line. It has new brake booster and master cylinder..gm disc brakes in the front and drum in the rear but it only has manual steering. The car runs and drives great, could probaly use and alignment and little personal touches like such. The interior is mostly new with new headliner seat covers, rear door panels, dash pad is nice and flat unlike most 69's are. Both front and rear seat belts are intact and overall its nice and clean inside. The trunk is solid with no obvious patches as are the door jambs. The car has had quarters installed along with outer wheel boxes at some point and the wheel lip feels nice and clean inside and Overall i think its a nice solid camaro that anyone would be proud to take to a local show, or drive on occasion.. and it is definately an attention grabber at the gas stations. I am not pressed to sell it but i would like to see someone enjoy it as i have too many cars and i hate seeing it just sitting in the garage. I have a few first gen camaros and im familiar with the typical "ebay junker" and this isnt no junk. But its also not a trailer queen but rather a good 8 out of 10 solid 69. Please ask any and all questions before bidding.. and if youd like to see it before you buy it you are more than welcome to. Thanks and good luck bidding!
