If you're looking for a 100 point trailer queen show car, go back to search results and keep looking; this car isn't it. What you're looking at here is a quality built, road proven (19000 trouble free miles) car built in the early 90s; high end build (see pics) that speaks for itself. It's a Hastings steel reinforced body w/2 inch chop on a Pete & Jakes full chrome stage III display chassis (chassis alone today is $11,500+shipping), 355 mildly built small block, TH350 w/shift kit, 9 inch 3:00 Ford. NO heat/air. Car drives straight and true at 80 mph, all suspension bushings replaced this year - no slop anywhere. About 5 years ago I bought Vintique wires in yellow and they are a spectacular compliment to the yellow "Tommy the Greek" style pinstriping. l'm 71 years old and have owned this car over 15 years. I had a heart attack earlier this year (very mild with no permanent damage; still, a heart attack is a heart attack). So it's time to move on and let someone else enjoy it. NO trailer queen, this car has been driven to NSRA meets and rod runs all over the southeast and midwest. While at Kalamazoo NSRA Streetrod Nationals North in September, 2001, I was approached by a freelance photographer who was working for HMN and looking for cars for their Street Rods calendar. He told me they don't pay owners, but they will send out a half dozen calendars if they use your car. He also told me there are feelance photogs doing the same thing at rod runs all over the country. Time went by and I forgot about it; 21 months later (July, 2002) I received a package of calendars from Hemmings. I do have the chrome spreader bar for the back of the car. I took the pics with the custom built carrier bracket on the car so you can see how handy it is to haul your E-Z UP to the rod runs.
