The Volvo XC70 is completely redesigned for 2008. Based largely on the new S80’s platform, the 2008 XC70 is larger, has new engine and boasts more safety features. The new XC70, like its predecessors, doesn't try to do everything. It's just a very sensible and safe Volvo wagon with a bit more path-finding machismo. A handful of packages are available. This wagon is optioned with the Climate package and Premium package which adds heated seats, sunroof, wood trim along with a long list of standard safety and convenience features. It’s topped off with rear DVD giving something for everyone in the family. Owned by a local client of ours this Volvo XC70 AWD has been well maintained and serviced regularly at the local dealer. We try our best to procure books and extra keys from the previous owners. That said, we do not always have all keys, books, floormats, or other accessories for every car. If we show books and keys in the photos, you can count on getting those with the car. If you do not see it, please assume the item is not included or email to confirm. Balance of Factory Warranty We estimate factory warranty expiration dates using vehicle production dates and Carfax information. We are not responsible for factory warranty expiration dates, remaining warranty time, type, validity, or other information. If you want to be certain of the exact warranty expiration date, terms, validity, etc., please verify this information with a certified franchise dealer of the applicable car make. In the course of business, we try to match our risk with areas where we have control over our service level. We hope you understand this. Transfer of Title and Risk We insure the vehicles on our lot during the time we have them available for sale. Upon completion of the financial elements of the transaction (you paying us), we encourage you to insure the vehicle from that date forward. We bear NO RESPONSIBILITY for anything that happens to your vehicle once it is out of our control. Vehicles left at our facility for more than 3 days after payment will not be covered by our insurance unless previous arrangements have been made in writing prior to payment. Inspection Every one of our cars goes through a visual and basic safety inspection. During this inspection, we look for previous repairs, both mechanically and cosmetically. We offer every car which passes our inspection with an available extended maintenance contract (warranty) at additional cost. This Contract enables you to have the vehicle serviced at your choice of repair facilities, including franchise dealerships. We are a qualifying dealer able to offer this warranty because of our inspection process and track record for selling quality vehicles. Cars which we cannot certify will not be sold unless specifically disclosed as such in our advertising. We are not responsible for other state inspections. We also strongly encourage buyers to make an inspection of the vehicle prior to completing their transaction. This can be done in person, through an independent repair facility or local body shop within 10 miles of 19380. We will coordinate the transportation to and from such a facility cheerfully to help you gain comfort on the condition of the vehicle. This may sound odd to you, but we often ship cars, in which case they are sent with very little fuel at the request of the shipping company. Condition Report We strive to disclose each and every blemish on a vehicle when we create our listings. The stated overall condition of the vehicle, whether it may be termed showroom, clean, mint, or otherwise, is determined upon the model year & mileage of the car in comparison to other cars of similar age & miles. This is a pre-owned car, and buyers must be aware that ordinary wear is associated with all pre-owned cars. We do our best to photograph any imperfections which we feel may be noticeable or offensive to a prospective buyer. Keep in mind that not all imperfections can appear on a digital photo. Most cars may have touch-ups, door dings, scratches, scuffs, seat or interior wear but we do our best to ensure that none of these issues takes away from the overall appearance of the car. If a car has 10 scratches, we will reference those 10 scratches verbally and show a photograph of the one we perceive to be the most offensive.
