In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This is a very nice 2009 Honda 450ER Sport Quad. These are mean machines. It is a 450cc liquid cooled, 4-stroke ATV with a manual 5 speed transmission. This 450R is the Special Edition which gets the black plastics with flames and blue seat. Not much to explain, you're looking at one of the best sport quads on market. If your looking at this machine you know Honda's legendary quality. Condition: This machine is in excellent condition. Honda doesn't equip this model with a speedometer or hour meter so we have to judge it based on factors such as tire wear, wheel bearings, bushings etc. This machine looks to have no more than 10 hours of use. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. Even underneath it looks pretty much brand new. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The wheels are in nice shape and the original tires have 95% tread left at the very least. The plastics are excellent with a just a very few light scratches. The best part is that it is 100% stock and unmodified. You will have a very tough time finding a nicer used 450 than this. A new one just like this would set you back around $8500. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. So if you want to add a snow plow, trailer, winch, nicer wheels, etc just drop us a line. We'd be happy to help. Shipping: We do not provide shipping, but many of our customers have had great luck lately with www.uship.com You can post your shipping requests there and let shippers bid on them. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine sold new in a state that does not title ATVs therefore it does not have a title. It does have documentation showing its legal chain of ownership and a notarized lien release. It can be titled in any state that requires titles for ATVs with a notarized Kentucky bill of sale which we will provide. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Thanks and happy bidding.
