Blue 2000 Ford Explorer XLS. 233,106 Miles, Body is in great shape, only a couple spots of slight discoloration or paint chipping. Runs real good. There is a clicking of the valves that mechanics can only assume must mean the valves need tighting as it's always full and not losing oil. There is also some transmission slippage that mostly rears it's head in winter when first starting out. I've had it since 2008 and it hasn't gotten any worse. The CD player doesn't work but the tape deck does, and I use a tape adapter to play my MP3 player. I also rigged a desk organizer to fit perfectly in the center console. It also has a hidden compartment to hide the MP3 player. The rear windshild wiper is missing. The hood hydraulics need to be replaced, the hood struggles to stay up and I wouldn't get under there without a brace. The only real problems are the radiator has a hole in it and will need to be replaced. The back drivers door lock is hard to pull up for some reason, but once it's up the door opens fine. The speaker cover on that door needs a new housing. Good tread on tires. Brakes replaced not long before radiator went out. It's been sitting for nearly 8 months and battery is dead and may not hold a charge. Kelly Blue Book has this valued at over $3000 used. Email any other questions before bidding.
