Very rare MG YT, A Classic California Barn Find! The car is in very good condition with straight body panels, good door fit and operation. The grill shell and King Of The Road headlights are in great shape. The bonnet (hood) is straight and has all the proper latches installed. The convertible top frame is in place with the remains of the old canvass material. The speedometer and tachometer (with clock) are present as is the original starting crank and a few tools. The Jack-All System is there. The engine turns over freely and is a MG Gold Seal replacement equipped with all the proper 1950 XPAG fittings. Only visable rust is in the lower edge of the boot (trunk) lid and the outer surface of the spare tire cover (see photos) The car is presently painted blue, but inspection shows it was originally MG Ivory with a red interior At this time the side curtain frames are missing as is the spare tire/rim. The search is continuing for these parts.
