I have had the car for a year and have only driven it about three thousand miles. We have to many vehicles so it must go. This is a no reserve auction, The highest bidder ownes it. The little wagon looks sharp and runs very well. VW has the usual small dents and scratches for the age. The windshield has a crack at the top. It's not in the vision area but really needs to be replaced. The air bag light is on and I don't know why. I installed a new Kenwood sterio with ipod connection but the radio stations don't come in as well as they should. The sun roof had/has silicone around the seal. I have opened and closed the sunroof and never had any leaks. New Battery and new front struts. AC and Heat work well. My daughter was driving the car a couple of blocks from our house and put a crack in the oil pan. No damage to the engine but I had to install a new oil pan. While the pan was off I checked out the oil pick-up screen and tube. It was very clean. No heating or coaking of the oil that sometimes happens with these 1.8T turbo engines. This motor had synthetic oil in it when I bought it and have put full synthetic in when I changed the oil. Don't know if it is the original engine but it runs excellent. Transmission shifts well. Brakes and tires are good. $200.00 nonrefundable deposit at end of auction via PayPal and balance payed by cash or certified check when picked up. Will hold for one week then it goes back up for sale.I have tried to describe the passat accurately . Please ask any questions.
