Vehicle Detail
This 1932 Chevrolet two-door sedan was drag-raced in the late 1950s and early 1960s. In 1963 the owner passed away. A few weeks before he passed away he had the complete interior and top redone in black and white vinyl, and was in the process of having the car pin striped, a work that remains unfinished. When he passed away the car was put in his personal garage at his residence, where it did not see daylight until about a year and a half ago, when my friend purchased it from the man’s widow. When the car was picked up, it still had the original tow-bar on the front of it that was used to tow it to the racetrack. My friend cleaned it up and got it running and drove it to a car show in Dewey, Oklahoma a year ago last May. There were approximately 500 entries in the car show, all of which were required to be 1963 or older, and this car won best old-school hot rod. The car is 1963 era-correct, even though the engine and transmission have been replaced. The engine is a 1958 283 Chevrolet V-8 and the transmission is a 1963 T-10 4-speed. The car is in incredible original condition to the time it was last raced. It has no rust, it runs and drives, and is tagged. A clear title is being processed for transfer. Title is guaranteed within 30 days. I do not respond to e-mails, phone calls only.
