Up for auction is a nice original, no rust body, with factory paint, 1978 Chevy silverado in two tone Green. This little truck has a very nice original body with only one ding on the roof above the drivers side front door and no rust. (Please look at pictures) This Silverado is loaded with options, Power steering, Tilt, Power brakes, Cruse, Air, Door locks, Dull tanks. You don't find strait little trucks like this very often. The brakes have just been done, with new rotors, and pads up front. The Engine is a 1969 Camaro 327, block # VI123FC and it runs strong. The truck has a 350 turbo trans and stock rearend with new shocks. The Big 10 Silverado has leaf springs not coil springs, as do most chevys. This pickup has been lowered and is running it's original ralley wheels. The air is not working because the engine was just installed, so you will need to up date the air. The interior has a newly upholstered seat and new carpeting, with good door panels, and head liner. It has a kenwood CD player. The windshield has two rock chips, other than that all glass is good. The steering box dose need a seal, it drips a little steering fluid. Tires are OK but are showing age. The paint is mostly original but dull, some people like it that way. Inside the box, shows the truck has an easy life, no dents just minor scratches. The miles show 65K, but is more likely 165K. The owner said it needs some small things, but you will like the truck.
