1988 BMW M6 Red Hellrot Vibrant red with Euro plate included 5-SpeedLOW RESERVE! I originally bought it for fun to add to my Small collection of older BMWs but I really have no need for it anymore and no time to tinker with it anymore.Low miles 21k miles, Im not sure why Ebay does not provide the Autocheck for this M6 from Autocheck.com from what I know it appears to be true because the title says it has 17, 105 miles. I do have one available I can take off my personal car. Its $36 and not included. This E24 has some typical taillight rust issues for a 6- Series. I plugged the obvious holes with caulk to prevent leaking and further rust. My plan was to bring this Classic e24 M6 back to life. At the present time I need to make room and I don't have the time to finish the job because I have a few projects of my own going on and I cant see this car go to waste sitting. I would rather someone have some fun with it and enjoy.The Recaro seats are not torn and not broken( unlike the common 6-series back rest issue) but need to be treated to bring them to like new condition. They dont currently work, im assuming due to a power issue related with the windows which hasn't been persued yet. LOW RESERVE!I do have the fog lights, they are just not mounted on the car at the moment. The Lower Bumper skirt ( spoiler) is in perfect condition and no cracks, possibly minimal scratches but thats about it. This car is able it smoke the tires and "drift" around a corner easily but then soon after bogs down, so the power is there but something is holding it back. Fuel pressure goes down according to my fuel gauge.The car does not run properly and according to a mechanic, he believes it’s a fuel related issue, the engine just bogs down and fuel pressure drops. Its probably something simple that were overlooking. The intank fuel pump does make noise so my suspicions are that and a possible fuel regulator. A good used fuel regulator is included in the sale. NOT rebuilt but NEW New NGK plugs Good used alternator New fuel relay New Main DME Relay NEW oem O2 sensor included but not installed 2x Brand new Rear hydraulic shocks. These are the expensive style which amounted to just under $1000 with all new hats and bump stops and springs. I decided to keep the car original considering the mileage and not convert to the traditional style shock and spring set up which is a quarter of the cost the hydraulic system.
