2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab 4x4 Long Bed with a 5.9 Cummims Diesel that was overheated and now will NOT start but does crank. I am listing this truck for a family member so email with any questions and I will do my best to get the information. This truck was just resently serviced and new tires installed, everything was operating correctly. Their 16 year old daughter was driving the truck and drove it home and said smoke was coming from under the hood. After refilling it with water, they tried to start it again, but it just cranks over and does not start. This will be one of those great unsolved mysterys as to what happen to cause this problem. [Engine Cooked???] The truck has it's share of nicks and dings but nothing out of the ordinary for a truck of it's age. It has not been in any accidents or any other kind of major damage. The drivers side seat has a small tear in the leather. The interior needs a good cleaning. This was a work truck so it hasn't been "garage kept", with that being said, don't get the idea that this truck is junk, if it wasn't a good truck they would not have just spent the money on new tires and service. They had no plans to get rid of it until this happened. They bought this truck new in 2004. The tool box will be removed and IS NOT included in the sale.
