Up for auction is a Good running 2006 Nissan Altima SE 3.5L V6. I acquired this vehicle to pay off a debt owed to me. I have driven this vehicle approximately 150 miles and will give a detailed report on my opinion on condition of vehicle. Upon receiving the Altima the steering was very loose. I had a tie rod end replaced which threw the steering wheel off center. I have not had an alignment done to fix this. Also there was a god awful chrome aftermarket intake system on the car with the filter sticking out behind the fender.. I put the stock airbox back on, although it is in poor condition and not all pieces are there. The Altima comes with a Rebuilt title. It is my understanding the car was stolen and later recovered in a ditch. An auto body shop purchased the Altima and fixed it. I do not have a key FOB but one can be bought on Ebay. Mileage: 97,721 Motor: No unusual noises. It is parked in my concrete driveway and there are never any noticeable fluid leaks. The V6 has a lot of power and gets good fuel mileage. The AC Does not work. I was told the AC clutch is bad. Transmission: Transmission shifts through all the gears and the manual stick option does work. Body: The Altima has numerous scratches and dings throughout the body as you can see in the photos. The passenger side taillight is chipped at the bottom. The rims shine but have a few road rash marks. Interior: Interior is clean other than loose dirt on carpet and the cupholder/compartment being dirty. Tires are in good shape, look to be worn evenly and have around 60% tread left. Brakes stop the car as it should does not pull to one side while braking, but one brake does make a squeaking noise when coming to a stop most the time. Radio/CD/Power Windows/Locks/and Seat work good. Overall this is a good running Altima I would not be scared to drive across the country.
