1971 VW Bus Van Heres a car that NEVER goes out of style. Only thing is, these cars are getting much harder to find in this condition for a reasonable priceesp this rust free !! Interior:some sun damage as you may expect for an Az vehicle Yrs ago the previous owner built it up inside to go camping and I left much if it still in there, yes including some of the old curtains and gold shag carpet !!! 1971 VW bus - All original with 77k on the clock been in Az for the last 30+ yrs not many left around this rust free. 71 had some nice upgrades from previous yrs but its still all classic V dub.Starts right up and runs and drives well for a 40+ yr old VW.1600 original motor and manual transmission work great with no smoke or noise.Brake feel good too, with factory Disc Up front. I know of no issues with the car to bea daily driver. I did a new cap and rotor on it. Im sure it could use some new plugs and points maybe. I did go thru the carb too. I just drove this car home at nite about 5 miles across town a few weeks ago.Tires are wrong size and baked, so dont expect too much there. Being an Az car the floors and trunk etc are very clean with some surface rust. Mild rust on the dr side floor. This car has never seen a salt road. It wouldnt take a lot to restore it and in the end its only going to go up in value. What more could you want.Check out over 100 pics below, be patient and let them all load. See pics for large hole.Dr side area has some rust under the battery, but didnt see any holes on that side.
