1960 Pontiac Catalina Convertible Up for bids is this 1960 Pontiac Catalina Convertible V-8, with automatic transmission and AC. The car needs total restoration. As you can see in the pictures, it has been sitting out for a long time. The body is pretty straight all the way around with only minor dings here and there. I can see no rust on it and it has spent much, if not all of its existence in Colorado climate that is condusive to no rust in old cars. I recently purchased it through an estate sale. It is being sold as is with no title. You will receive a bill of sale for the purchase price. I attempted to start it and it turns over just fine and seems to want to fire up but is going to need some work to do so. The car is 98% plus complete and has a few extra parts; (2 horn rings and some horn parts, extra head lights and head light trim). The trunk does not have a key, but you can see into the trunk from the back seat. It has a spare tire and bumper jack. The interior is close to complete with the driver door panel missing and the radio is out of the dash. All in all, it is an excellent car for the one who wants a project to restore and this is a wonderful car to restore with a lot of potential for a profit at the end. I have a very reasonable reserve on this vehicle. The winning bidder is required to pay $500 down through Paypal within 24 hours.
