This is a very nice and clean 2007 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ 1500. It is 4 wheel drive, has the 5.3 liter V-8 engine and has 106k miles. The truck has most every option available and everything works like it should. The exterior is what Chevy called Gold Mist Metallic (It looks more like beige than gold) and the interior has black leather. Equipment and options include, power windows, power locks, tilt, cruise, A/C, power and heated mirrors, adjustable pedals, power sunroof, Onstar, Bose sound system with CD, dual power and heated seats, navigation, keyless entry with alarm, entertainment system with cordless headphones and remote, heated rear seats, 3rd seat, rear A/C, back-up camera, factory 20" polished alloy wheels with matching Bridgestone tires with 90% tread left, auto dimming rear view mirror, fog lights, steering wheel audio controls, towing pkg, tinted windows, stabilitrac, power rear hatch, roof rack, and running boards. I believe the LTZ pkg includes the following options; 20-inch alloy wheels, heated second-row seats, a locking rear differential, power liftgate, rain-sensing wipers, power-folding second-row seats, a third-row seat and the Autoride rear air suspension. With any used vehicle, there is usually minor scratches and parking lot dings, this one is no different, there is normal wear and tear, but nothing out of the ordinary. There are minor scratches that the previos owner has touched up and the up and down fan speed buttons on the air conditioner are starting to show some wear. Other than that this is a very nice and well kept SUV. The SUV was just serviced and passed Missouri vehicle inspection with no issues.
