67 Pontiac GTO recreation, over $25,000 invested in this gorgeous restored at home convertible. Runs and drives beautiful, stops and steers awesome. Top is new with pads, power motor and lines replaced with new and works great! Frame was fully restored, suspension has low miles, front and rear springs replaced, shocks all new, rear air bags and old school ladder bars. Rear has 411 gears, all new gears, bearings, seals. New drums in rear and shoes, new disc brake conversion with new power booster and master cylinder. Fully rebuilt by previous owner, Pontiac 400 engine with new quadra jet carb, hooker headers, new alternator, 4 core radiator, correct ram air cam, HEI ignition and MSD box. Turbo 400 trans fully rebuilt by aamaco with shift kit, street fighter stall converter and trans cooler.New driveshaft with new yoke, universal joints and safety loop. Brand new 15 inch torque thrust wheels with low mile tires and new lugs. All original GTO stainless and grilles in very good shape, show very well. Brand new bumpers, convertible header molding caps, mirrors,and emblem in and out. The interior has all been dyna matted and seat covers, carpet, door panels replaced. Excellent original dash pad, kick panels, dash panel etc. Has vintage reproduced 60s Sun tach, and stewart warner gauges that work perfect. Old school walnut wheel. $2500.00 Pioneer stereo system hidden in dash with sirius, pandora, and iPod connection in the console. Two Alpine V power amps, bass tube and sub woofer with carpeted trunk. Sounds awesome, with huge exhaust and big slash cut tips. New floors done right, new quarters, rust free doors and fenders, rust free inner fender wells. Rust free original trunk lid and hood, trunk floor replaced. New taillight panel, have closed and open hood scoop insert for summer and winter. Paint is very nice PPG black base coat covered with blue pearl metal flake, car looks awesome, drives awesome, sounds awesome! The hood has some bubbles, i blew a heater hose and it did some minor damage( i have spare blue pearl metal flake, $500.00 a pint) Also has all new lines and hoses and heater core. Please dont expect a brand new car, this is an awesome car to show and drive, but its not original, and it was a lemans. But its 45 years old, so its sold as is.
