Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2012 Honda Foreman 500 ES Fuel Injection 4x4 Utility ATV. The Foreman line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500cc four stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This Foreman is loaded with features like Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) and Electric Shift Transmission. This is the ES model, which means Electric Shift. So instead of shifting gears with your foot you do so by simply pushing buttons with your thumb. These late model Foreman ATVs can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by flipping a lever, unlike the older, full time 4x4 version. Of course digital instrumentation, racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. EXTRAS: Sedona Aluminum Wheels and Sedona Buzz Saw Radial Tires. Tires and wheels are brand new with zero miles on them. These would cost you around $850 if purchased separately. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in excellent, showroom new condition. It has only 62 original miles and 13 engine hours of use. Not even broke in yet. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The wheels and tires are brand New never touched dirt. The plastics are pretty much perfect. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. The only way you will find one nicer than this is to buy it off the showroom floor. A new one just like this would set you back around $9000 with the tires and wheels. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
