Honda 500 four was purchased used in 1982 from private owner. this motorcycle has been kept in a shed and experienced very little if any winter weather as well as rain and sun . Although owned 10 years has been ridden very little and has been regularly serviced and any repairs made were made by the owner that bike was purchased from.There have been no major repairs performed on this bike, only minor repairs like spark plugs and oil changes since I took possession 10 years ago.Turn signals and brake lights and headlights are all in working order. Motorcycle has been driven in the last 2 months of this ad and was serviced prior to being brought out from winter storage. The motorcycle does have some minor chipping and needs some work done . As far as i know the, bolt that drains the oil has stripped and the front brakes are in need of repair, long bolt that holds oil filter cover on ,the O ring on the bolt has been rounded off at the top. muffler system is in good condition and shocks are also in good condition. The tires are in good condition as well.Performance of this motorcycle is what would be expected of a bike of this age ,no major complaints and kept in good repair. There is a small defect in the seat but to my knowledge it is the original seat.
