Purchased by Apple Computer for one of its founders in June 1981 as verified by original service manual...Car drives beautifully. Has been maintained meticulously by a local German sports car expert. Prior to coming east, it was well cared for in California and Oregon. Only change from original condition is a sweet multi-disc and satellite radio sound system with sub-woofer in the boot. Targa top is in mint condition, folds beautifully and easily to provide hours of topless driving, then unfolds to fit snugly back in its place. Heating and air-conditioning system blow hot and cold, respectively. Transmission shifts smoothly, can be used in daily city driving or for long drives in the country. Back seats provided room for my two boys but they are now stretching a bit beyond them, so unfortunately need to sell.Warning, be prepared for frequent head turns and shout outs from pedestrians and fellow drivers alike as this car's color combination and condition are eye openers.
