To tell this car is nice would be a gross understatement. The condition is remarkable. My older car knowledge is not very strong so please understand that I am telling you what I have been told by the womans husband that owned the car and please if you are unsure of anything order a independant inspection.I own a auto dealership with a 80 car indoor showroom in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I sell newer imports and specialize in convertibles. The history of this car . Lets be clear about 1 thing. It would be a shame if you were looking at this car for a driver. It is way to nice for that. It is a show car that would be the envoy of all that saw it. About 2 years ago I got a call from a lady whose husband a avid car collector had passed away. She asked me to come and look. The cars were kept at 2 locations.I bought a Jaguar and a Buick Wildcat from her. It was very upsetting for her so when I tried to purchase the Eldorodo that I fell in love with as soon as she opened the garage door she said that the 2 I bought were all she could part with at this time.She told me that her and her husband spent almost all of their weekends washing and waxing their cars together. Last week a nice guy came in who I have done a few car deals with over the years and said he was retiring and moving to Az. He wanted to sell a Eldo and guess what this was the Eldo I wanted to buy about 2 years.It turned out his wife and the lady that owned the car were friends and worked together at the same hospital. She sold it to her friends husband.What a small world. The car is in really great shape and I am told that all is original. The paint looks great, the interior, trunk and engine compartment look remarkable. The rubber ends of the bumper on the points of the front have a couple small cracks. Please see picture. I am told that is from age and they can be replaced with no problem. This car looks like its 5 years old not 25 years old. In the trunk is a bankers box of items.Brochures, Service manual, Spare parts and a car cover.There is also 5 like new or brand new Cadillac wheel covers.The car also has a Cadillac factory CB radio that looks cool with the handset on the dash.
