Land Rover 101FC non-running project vehicle and parts • Arizona title • 101FC chassis modified as follows: - 200tdi and autobox - Ford power steering box - custom rear cross member - custom front bumper • two Andrew Morris stainless steel fuel tanks (new, never installed) • pickup bed with drop sides and tailgate (not mounted on chassis) • ambulance body (not mounted on chassis) • Recaro seats One of the fuel tanks is standard. The second tank is intended for the opposite side and has reverse filler neck and fuel pickup. Chassis has been modified to accept second tank. The reason there are two class 2 trailer hitch receivers on the rear cross member is that it was designed for a removable motorcycle carrier. Please ask if you have any questions. Located in Taos, New Mexico Winning bidder must pick up by mid-October. Chassis is towable and a tow bar is included in the auction if needed. Ambulance body can be placed on chassis and pickup bed transported in tow vehicle or ambulance body can be transported separately. Seller will assist in loading. Also available via separate auctions: • McNamara diff lock (new, never installed) • Ramsey RE12000 winch (new, never installed) On Sep-14-12 at 10:05:19 PDT, seller added the following information: I had a question about whether the engine turns over. Answer: I can turn the engine over by hand with a wrench on the crankshaft pulley bolt. There is no water in the oil. The starter does not respond to 12 volts, however, so I am unable to see if the engine will start. It was last started just to test it in 2001. I have no way to check the autobox. I think it would be best to assume that both the engine and transmission will need to be rebuilt. I know I would if I was buying this.
