1963 Ford Falcon Futura, 6cyl, three on the tree transmission.This is an original historic black plate California car with matching numbers. It was fully restored by the previous owner four years ago and thus has really pretty paint and the interior is beautiful. The motor runs really strong and it doesn't have any leaks. I had the car completley rewired with a complete new harness and converted it from the old generator system to a much more reliable alternator charging system. All the lights, signals, interior gauges and speedo are working perfectly.I was assured when I bought it that the mileage is accurate but obviously I can't swear that it is. I do believe that based on the way the car looks and drives that it is true. All the exterior chrome is complete, including all the badges and the futura color coded hubcaps. There are no dings, however there a a couple of minor paint chips and the car is rustfree other than a small patch of surface rust under the rear drivers side quarter panel. The interior is in beautiful condition, it has the split front bench seat. The seats are freshly upholstered and covered in a beautiful brown tweed and white leather combination. The brown carpet is in great condition, as is the white headliner. Even the inside light and dash lights work. All the glass is perfect. I replaced the wiper motor but it does need a switch. She has new tires all round, new battery and complete new muffler from front to rear. The dash is uncut and has the original factory radio. I added an under dash cd player. Although not show quality, this is a really pretty, strong running daily driver that will turn heads. I require a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of auction end and the balance to be paid in full within 72 hours of auction end. I will help with any shipping arrangements but obviously the shipping cost is your responsibility. I have advertised the car locally and reserve the right to end the auction early.
