Lowered the reserve price, also fixed top, I adjusted the cables to the roof motor and the supporting scissors so it goes up and down easily again. .... Beautiful stylish 1972 Buick Centurion for sale. Has 96k original miles. Blue w/ White top, white and black interior. 455 c.i. 4bbl. V-8 engine. Runs great, sounds awesome. In good condition. Power steering w/ tilt steering wheel. Power brakes: front disk, rear drum. Kragar tires, about 7k miles on the current tires. Cornering lights. We have the original window sticker and build sheet for this car. The exterior has been treated to a repaint; not original color. It just shines. The paint and body show very well throughout this classic Buick Convertible. 5 years ago we spent $7k and had the whole car stripped down to sheet metal, rust cut out, Wheel wells rebuilt, Dents pulled and then repainted. Sheet metal (no filler). EVERY head turns when you drive this car. Arm gets tired from waving to everybody that honks and yells "Nice Car", Dual exhaust sounds so good. Previous owner put a new rear end in it before I bought it 12 years ago aka 8k miles. Top is in good condition. The top was replaced just before I bought it and it has been in the garage ever since. Reupholstered the front seat and the back seat back rest 2 years ago. Garaged for 10.5 months a year. It's a great cruiser and has had its share of parades and sightseeing tours. It is fun to drive and everybody comes to look at it, but I've never entered it in a show. Overall condition: The car is in good condition. During the summer I just cruise around town. Can't keep my wife out of it if I set the keys down it's gone and she is cruzin'. The car runs well and handles like a 1972 Buick Centurion should. The engine and transmission have been recently checked. Both are in good condition. The body and frame are in good condition. We took all body shell rust out 5 years ago when we stripped it down and repaired wheel wells and sidewalls. Due to lack of parts in the Northwest, during the rebuild we utilized the Buick platform and were able to find an Electra grill and a LeSabre hood to fill the need. I've had it for 12 years and put a lot of sweat into it but it is time to sell it. Too my knowledge the car has never been wrecked but when the previous owner bought it he had his work cut out for him to get it back into good shape.
