Vehicle Detail

This is my Porsche 928 which is in very good condition. I am the second owner and have had the car for almost 4 years. The first owner was an adult and appeared to drive the car very cautiously. I am retired, 68 years old, and have also driven the car with respect and it has never been raced. The only reason I'm selling this one is because I have purchased a newer 89 version. This car needs nothing. It runs and drives excellently. The engine is sound, the manual transmission shifts smoothly and the air conditioner will freeze you out of the car. I did get a brake pad warning light, and found the right front brake pad sensor to be worn through. I ordered new pads and two new sensors for the front brakes, but the pads on the car are only about half worn. I will certainly replace both pads and sensors on the front brakes if you would like, but I think the best approach is to use the brake pads that are remaining, and then use the new pads and sensors when needed. The call is up to you. The odometer quit working some time ago. It is showing about 107,000 miles, but the total miles are more like 117,000. However, as I said, the engine and transmission are fine and shift smoothly. I am the second owner of this car and have written records showing I have recently paid over $10,000 for major maintenance which include the following: On 2/10/09 - new timing belt, timing belt tensioner, several rollers, 4 drive belts, a water pump, a new radiator with thermostat, 2 distributor caps, 2 rotors and a new idle control solenoid. On 4/15/11 - new engine computer, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel strainer and several air hoses. I also have a Sirius satellite radio installed next to the instrument bezel. This is a neat radio because you can listen to AM, FM or satellite. When listening to the Sirius satellite radio you can also save the song onto the radio hard drive. Then you can go to the music library in the radio and play all your saved songs. Also, in the place of the original radio I have an Alpine radio, and it is also capable of playing music from an iPhone or iPod. I look forward to your questions, and thank you for looking. I will post more pics of the engine compartment. 2.) Has it ever been re-painted? - Ans. NO 3.) Are there any dents and sratches? Ans. NO 4.) Has it been a non-smoker car? I am a non-smoker, and so was the original owner. I look forward to your questions, and thank you for looking.
