Sometimes I sell vehicles as traded. On these occassions its easier for me to sell the vehicle to another dealer instead of fixing it up and getting it ready for the retail market. I can also offer the vehicle here on ebay so the consumer market can purchase the vehicle the way dealers do - as traded and not quite as nice as it could be if prepped and serviced. So that's where we are with this deal. You will be bidding on this vehicle as it sits today with some attention needed. I will detail what I know about the car and what I think it will need or can use to get ready for the buyer to enjoy. I can sell this vehicle to all other states and countries. MECHANICAL & PERFORMANCE: I personally test drove this vehicle and found it to run excellent with plenty of power. The engine and transmission perform properly at all speeds. The engine runs strong at all speeds. There are no leaks or head gasket problems. The vehicle drives straight down the road. The brakes appear good and the car stops properly. Tires are good. Exhaust is good. When driving there is some thumping noise when going over bumps. There is a strut or shock problem in the rear and the mount may be broken - possibly requiring a weld or repair. The check engine light is on which indicates a probable sensor required. Worse-case scenario it could need a catylitic converter. Warranty available - see info below. EXTERIOR APPEARANCE: The Impreza is a sporty version of the outback. The paint is good and the body is solid. There are only normal imperfections found on this car including some small dings, scuffs, and scratches. There are a couple of small bubbles in the paint - photographed. The body exterior is straight and dent free. It has a good look with no problems. I noticed that the passenger door shuts a little hard - but there doesn[t seem to be any problem with it. INTERIOR & COMFORT: The interior is roomy and comfortable. I'll add some more photos later. The carpets, seats and dash are all in good condition. The seats are looking good. There is a dime sized patch repair on the passenger seat. The carpets are slightly worn and some ground in dirt in some areas - but overall in good shape. I think the dash and trim are in mostly excellent condition. It has plenty of cargo room in the back. It features a factory am/fm CD stereo, Power windows, Power door Locks, Cruise Control, Tilt wheel, Air Conditioning, and more. It also has front airbags, and anti-lock brakes. The air conditioning is blowing warm air. All other options appear to work well. HERE'S WHAT THIS CAR WILL NEED TO MAKE IT THE CAR YOU WANT IT TO BE: There is some thumping when driving over bumps. There is a problem with the struts or shocks, and may need a repair to the mount - possibly a weld. The check engine light has been on and attention will be needed to correct that. Most states require the light to be corrected to pass emission inspections. There is a good possiblity that it just needs an o2 sensor or a similar sensor. It could possibly need replacement of the catylitic converter. I haven't evaluated and am selling this vehicle with these situations needed.
