This is a very nice example of a 1996 SL320. This roadster in very, very good condition inside and out, and it runs great. This car has just 40,355 original miles on it. Carfax shows accurate mileage and no accident history or any other problems. This is a reserve auction. the high bidder must meet our reserve price or greater to win the auction and the car. There are no notable dents or dings, and the Ruby Red paint shines all around Exterior enhancements include fog lamps, headlamp wipers and 18" alloy wheels. These are aftermarket wheels that closely resemble AMG wheels used in later model Mercedes cars. The roll bar can be power operated. The hard top is still with the car, and is also in very good condition. The storage cart for the hard top is also with the car. The convertible is also in good shape wit no holes, cuts or tears. This power top operates perfectly. The interior is also in very, very good condition. There are no rips, holes or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, door panels and dash are also in good shape. Both front seats have power controls and memory. Both front seats are also heated. Comfort and convenience features include cold auto air conditioning, power windows, locks, and mirrors, remote entry, power tilt and telescopic wheel, cruise control and a BOSE AM/FM/Cassette audio system. The wood trim is all very nice with no discoloration or fading. There's no sign that this car was ever smoked in - no smoke odor or burn marks, and it looks like the lighter has never been used. The manual is with the car. So is the demo cassette, first aid kit and a set of rubber floor mats. The trunk is clean and roomy. The wind screen is with the car. The 3.2 liter I6 has puts out plenty of power, rated at 228 hp and 232 lb-ft of torque. It runs smooth and strong. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 17/24 mpg. The ZR rated tires have very good tread all the way around. This car may be driven, so it could have a few more miles on it by the time the auction is over.
