We have held title to the car for 2+ years, we are not the original owners. It is driven by my wife locally and averages about 100 miles during the week for daily errands (dropping kids off at pre-school, travel to YMCA, grocery shopping, etc.). We use this vehicle for vacation and out of town trips as well. We purchased this car from a NYS registered auto dealer knowing the history of the vehicle. This vehicle has a salvage history, which means that it was involved in a collision and sustained physical damage. The insurance company took ownership of the vehicle and sold it at an insurance auction. We purchased the vehicle, it was repaired at a registered NYS motor vehicle repair shop. The vehicle was then inspected and examined by NYS Department of Motor Vehicle as part of the salvage vehicle inspection program (for more information about this program - click here http://www.dmv.ny.gov/salvexam.htm). The vehicle passed the NYS required salvage inspection and was issued a NYS salvage rebuilt title. This vehicle was then inspected by another registered motor vehicle repair shop and passed the NYS safety inspection and emission inspection (http://www.dmv.ny.gov/vehsafe.htm) every year since it is required in NY state. There are no safety concerns with this vehicle, my wife has hauled our three kids and we have all taken this vehicle to vacations for the past 2 years with no concerns for safety and no incidents of any kind. Salvage Damage: the damage to the car was to the left (driver) side rear. New OEM replacement parts were used and repair performed at a registered NY repair facility. There was NO DAMAGE to the engine, transmission or any other mechanical feature of the vehicle. The vehicle starts, runs and drives. It shifts and accelerates effortlessly as any Honda should. Current damage: there are slight scuff marks on the right rear bumper in the corner nearly unnoticeable. This vehicle is currently being driven and mileage will be slightly higher. Please email me for more information or call my cell 617-549-9424. The vehicle is located in Saratoga County, NY. Thank you for looking. On Jun-09-12 at 03:41:23 PDT, seller added the following information: Question from Bidder: Does this vehicle have the option for an 8th seat? Answer: Yes, it was removed to accomodate kids moving in/out in the 3rd row seat. Please email me if you would like to see a photo of it, as I can't add it to the listing.
