I am the second owner of this 2006 Infiniti M45 and purchased it as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle in September of 2009 at Infiniti of Tampa. As a CPO vehicle, it was required to pass a 142 Point Inspection and included a 72-month/100,000 total vehicle mile warranty. In addition to the CPO warranty, an Infiniti Elite Warranty with a $0 dollar deductible and 84 month/100,000 mile coverage package was also purchased for the vehicle upon acceptance. The Elite Warranty is still in effect and expires once the vehicle reaches 100,000 total miles or on July 18th, 2013. It will be transferred to the purchaser of this vehicle. The vehicle was professionally repainted to a white tri-coat named 'Glacier Frost Mica' one year after purchase. Aside from extremely minor rock chips around the vehicle (2-3 spots less than 0.5 cm in diameter) and the obvious damage in the above pictures, the paint looks as good as it did after the job was originally completed. On the inside, the M45 has an absolutely immaculate interior. The black leather shows barely any wear for the age of the vehicle. The 14-Speaker Bose Premium Sound System with Surround Sound sounds as beautiful as it does in writing. The navigation system is updated to the latest 2012-2013 DVD release and is included in sale. There are no engine issues, and the vehicles runs as smooth and powerful as it does when it was first rolled of the car lot at Infiniti. Only premium gas has been used in this vehicle with oil and filter changes every 2,500 miles. All other services are up to date and vehicle is mechanically-sound. The vehicle was lowered on Eibach springs and the installation was completed by Infiniti of Tampa. The installation is warranted and the vehicle's original springs (to restore to factory height) will be provided to the purchaser. I am selling my M45 because I am looking for a smaller vehicle (coupe) for my daily commute and do not have the time to go through the body shop process. The vehicle can repaired easily then flipped at more than double the price I am selling it for - again, I don't have the desire to do this myself.
