This is my 1968Eleanor rest-o-mod. I bought the shell locally here in CA. I have repaired any major dings dents and replaced a rusty tail panel that was it at one point in the cars life I will include a picture. My Goal was to totally restore this car to the Eleanor superstar from the movie Gone In Sixty Seconds. The Body kit is a High Quality Body kit that you can find at Mustangs To Fear. It is one of the most expensive kits on the market, but by far the best quality. Here is the web address. There is no drive train or engine in the car. Car was stripped to look for rust and damage and is the shell. There is no interior and or seats. It has some of the glass but not all. This car is about 90% ready for paint. Most of the body work is done, but it dose need to be block sanded. It has power steering and is a rolling chasey. The Floor pans are solid and very minimal surface rust if any. Please keep in mind that it is a project car and still requires work, I just cant afford to finish it. If you run this Vin you will see that the this mustang started as a coupe and the top was removed and converted to a fastback. Long before I purchased her. If you are looking for a mustang with matching numbers or an original fastback this car is probably not for you. It is a restomod and is there if you love the Eleanor look not for a stock fastback project. Sorry this was not in the description earlier.
