We are selling a 1973 we bought to fix up for my son. We bought this car about a year ago and just have not had time to work on it, and he is getting ready to leave for college. The car has been sitting at a body shop for the better part of 15 years prior to us buying it, and is very solid. There are a few spots that still need minor attention but overall this is a very solid car. When we got it the motor was not running so we took a chance, well it really did not take much and we had the motor running. Motor runs good, no noise, and no smoke, will start up at anytime with no problems. The car does however need some work, we started removing the bumpers and front grill parts to get ready to prep the car for re-painting. The car needs brakes as the pedal goes to the floor, will also need the fuel tank removed and cleaned. We have some of the interior parts, but will still need carpet, headliner, and maybe a new dash pad. We have been buying parts for this car as we saw them so included with the car is a nice original grill in very good condition, also have purchased the rubber pieces for behind the front bumper, as well as new tail light and all marker light lenses. This car is a great starter for someone who wants a real nice hot rod, or just a weekend play toy. We are starting the bidding low with no reserve, I just need to sell this car to help him pay off his other car before he goes to school.
