Here is the latest Creation from TJ's HotRods. This 1961 Econoline Pickup has had Hundreds of Hours, and Thousands of dollars invested in it to make it the one of a kind, head turning Beauty you see here. The truck came from California, and was completely rust free. It runs and drives excellent with no known issues. Runs cool all of the time; is very easy to steer, goes down the Highway smoothly, and stops very well. Weight distribution is excellent as the Engine and Transmission sit back and low. The custom paint has House of Kolor Ice Pearl in it, and looks Awesome in the sun. I have put about 100 test miles on it since I built it, and it is now ready to go. I have decided to put a very low buy it now price to get a quick sale. Someone is going to get a very good deal on this rare 5 window E-100. I am not a dealer and have personally built this truck using my 30 plus years of experience. Here is a run down on what has been done to it. · Low Mileage Chevy 350 4bbl 4 bolt Main Engine · New Billet HEI Distributor · New Taylor High Performance wires running to New NGK Platinum Spark Plugs · Full Length Headers Running into a Custom built Sidepipe Exhaust system with Equalizing Crossover pipe using Welded Performance Mufflers · New Street/Strip Harmonic Damper · Aluminum High Flow Water Pump; Chrome Pulleys · New High Torque Mini Starter · New Longacre Racing Battery Cutoff Switch with all new Cables · New High Performance Crossflow Radiator with Shrouded Electric Fan and Overflow Bottle · New Holley Red Electric Fuel Pump · All new Hoses and Drive Belt · Custom built Engine Doghouse with Hydraulic Lift Cover and Eastwood Sound and Heat Barrier; Modular design using 5 Welded components that were bolted together in the truck. It can be removed the same way if ever needed. It was finished in Raptor Tinted Bedliner Spray to match the Grey Dash, Inside of Doors, and Lower body. · Low Mileage TH350 Automatic Transmission freshly serviced with a new Filter, Fluid, and Detent Cable going to a new Edelbrock Bracket. Original Factory Automatic shifter was customized to operate the new transmission · Professionally Narrowed Ford 9" Rear End - Estimated 4:10 gears; Speedo does read higher due to the lower ratio · Custom built driveline about 22 inches long · Brakes work very well and have new Wheel Cylinders all around. An S-10 Parking Brake Pedal was installed and works great. Also new Brake light Pressure Switch · Polished Aluminum wheels with new Chrome Lugs and Center Caps. Rears are 8" wide, fronts are 7" · Matching Radial Tires have like new tread on them. The rears are 245/60/14 and the fronts are 225/60/14 · New Custom Basecoat / Clearcoat paint over a fully massaged and epoxy primed body including the bed. Kandy Orange over a Pepper Gray with Black Graphics and Red Ice Pearl in the Clear · Front Grill and Headlight Covers have been Professionally Powder coated in a Black and Silver Vein with a Powder Coated Clear finish · Bed and cab have been sprayed with Raptor two component Bedliner spray in Black. · Super Rare Protecto Top Hard Cover was also coated with Raptor, then sealed and painted base/clear to match body. Can be removed in less than a minute if needed · New Windshield and Rubber Gasket. The rest are all original · S+W 160 mph Speedo with 12,048 original miles on it. Also matching S+W Tachometer and Auto Gauge Oil, Amps, Water, and fuel gauges · New horn with new Horn Button placed within easy reach · SignalStat 900 Turn Signal Switch · New LED interior light · New Sony Media Center FM/I-Pod dock holds your I-Pod inside a fold down face, and controls the unit from the front panel. Will also work via a USB Port with many other Music devices. Speakers are new Pyle Hydras mounted behind and above each seat. Nice simple system that sounds great · New Heater Control Valve with new hoses · New Tri-Bar Blue Dot Halogen Component Headlights · New Mahogany GT Grant Steering wheel · New Glove Box Insert - Came from the Factory with no glove box door, but later model Econoline doors up to 1967 can be installed · Classic Dual Sunroof has been resealed using 3M Strip Caulk (Not Silicone!) Sunroof Frame also painted body color · Custom built Stainless Steel Nerf Bars front and rear welded to 1/4" bar stock (Very Strong) · New Front Turn Signal Lenses · New Door Locks with matched keys · New Door Handle Paint Gaskets · New Summit Racing Adjustable Seat Tracks custom fit to Leather Buckets that are in nice shape. The passenger seat had something laying on the headrest when it was in storage, so it will take awhile for the crease to work itself out. · Lap Style Seat Belts installed for both seats Original Dual sun visors in very nice condition dyed to match the grey interior New Interior rear view mirror.
