1967 Volkswagon Bug LOWER RESERVE / BID IT TO WIN IT 1967 V dub given the California street bug look 67 was a good yr for the Beetle, with some updates previous yrs didnt have. While this has had a earlier classic Bug look done to it tastefully and very well. You can tell it was built back in the 90s so the restoration is a little old and showing its age. Runs and drives great like youd expect from a VWShifts and brakes fine too, this cars been a daily driver for the last few yrs. INTERIOR: acceptable for a daily driver but could use a good cleaning. The older restoration is showing its age a little but nothing horrible. Dr side window loose and think it came off the regulator, this just happened today rolling it down.Its a 67 Bug with a professional installed Sliding Ragtop installed like the earlier models. Combined with that the doghouse is that from an early 60 models Bug. Lowered, Porsche style alloy rims, detailed engine bay components Scat shifter add to the list of mods done over the yrs. Clutch and ignition coil are very recent NEW too. ZERO RUST on this bug , only some surface rust in a few areas. The Sony CD player is pretty nice too, older material but sounds good With some Polks in the cabin, Lightening Subs and Sony AMP. The wiring under the dash and under the hood is original and although has never given the previous owner any problems it could probably be cleaned up and done nicer. Paint is older 2 tone done in the 90s and showing its age Az has done some fading damage too, and the only noticabledamage thats obvious is in the middle of the hood about the size of fist. Its hard to see in the pics, but looks like its lifting some. Running boards solid too, glass is all good. As is, the car is fun to drive and really needs nothing. It would be nice to restore, but even as is it gets alot of attention driving around. I WONT END THE AUCTION EARLY SO DONT ASK This is our first Bug for ebay we've sold like this and ones this clean and nice rarely come along. Surface rust at best, the car is a true SURVIVOR .
