This rare Road Runner was driven down to me from Montana about 6 years ago. The car can still be driven anywhere. The 400 cubic inch engine remains factory with 255 horsepower and the automatic transmission shifts with no issues at all.
The body and paint are great on this car. The car is finished in the Basin Street Blue and has a black vinyl interior with bench seats. The bench seats were a standard in the Roadrunner with buckets in the GTX. The driver side front bench seat has some wear. The remaining seats are in great condition.
The car is a great daily and is in a daily driver condition. The interior has various spots of wear on the door panels and kick panels. The car has some tears in the driver seat and headliner. This is an awesome car and a very rare one at that, but I have too many things to be working on and I must part ways with the vehicle.
Plymouth is a brand that is forever gone and the days of the Roadrunners are left as memories to many. This vehicle is iconic of an era that has past and being such a rare production vehicle of that time, this vehicle will only appreciate with every detail touched up and every day that passes.
